Small but well designed homes can evoke feelings of comfort and security that large houses which depend on being “big” often do not provide. Small homes also require fewer resources to build and heat, and demand less time to maintain and clean.
We believe homes should provide opportunities for private and intimate moments while easily accommodating family gatherings and social entertainment. That's why our inclusive (or intuitive) approach to design focuses on combining unique spaces with open concepts. The resulting benefits are superior personal and family experiences in beautiful homes with small physical, financial and environmental footprints.
